Default user and password after the installation?

The default user is admin the password is mail.

Miscellaneous

Is an debian package available?

No! - An debian package of CpVES makes no sense, because you have to customize so much files.

Postfix

Error: postfix/smtpd[9950]: sql_select option missing

You are using postfix 2.2 or higher. Postfix 2.2 has an enhanced query interfaces for MySQL. Please look at: Postfix Table Readme

CpVES works with php safe_mode?
