Sendeoption für vacation mails (Autoresponder)

Description

Jede vacation mail wird in die Tabelle "autoresponder_send" eingetragen. Leider wird jede weitere Nachricht dann ignoriert - also nicht nochmal beantwortet. Das sollte man im Interface administrierbar machen. Z.B. - Autoresponder Mail mehrmals an gleiche Absender verschicken - und/oder vielleicht noch: Nur bis x-mal verschicken (Standard:1)

I have uploaded new code to the SVN.... With the autoresponder enhancement.

Please note. It' will not work yet in the backend and the admin interface. (Only user's interface is functional)
